RFID Card/Café Card:
As most of you are aware, we will be transitioning over to a new card system. Despite our goal of the end of this year, we have been met with manufactural issues with the cards. Therefore, this transition will not be occurring until April or May of next year. Please be aware that your current café cards will be reloaded by the first week of January. It has been brought to our attention that many residents are concerned about their café debit card balances. Please be aware that you will not lose the balance of any funds on the current cards when the new system goes into effect.
PLEASE NOTE: The new cards will not be available for pick up until the middle of next year. If you have not yet had your picture taken please look out for further dates on the eflash. Thank you for your understanding!
The community room will be opened tomorrow, Tuesday, December 16th. Please be aware that it is not fully completed. The copier has been moved from the café and we are still working on installing the printer for the computers.
Please be reminded, card rooms are available at a first come first serve basis and that tables and chairs in any card room may not be reserved. Also, guests are not permitted use of the card room during the period of November 1st through March 31st. Thank you for your cooperation.

Residents who are interested in speaking to or meeting with our tennis pros, Judi Stiff and Frances O’Sullivan, can now find their office hours posted on our website. Go to the Tennis Court Conditions tab to see if the courts are playable and their office hours. It is recommended that you call the office in advance and make an appointment to assure that they will be available.
If you have been notified that your fascia boards need to be replaced, please make sure to contact Jackson at the management office when this has been completed so management can contact RCI.
PAINTING OF HOMES - REMINDER TO ALL RESIDENTS:
Please be reminded that RCI is in the community painting the homes.
RCI has specific instructions as to what areas are to be painted as a part of our contract.
If you have a problem or a complaint about the work that is being done, you may contact Gail Newman, Painting Committee Chair, or submit your request in writing to the management office. Please do not attempt to engage the vendor about your personal issue.
Your cooperation with this process is anticipated as RCI continues with the painting in the community.
RCI is painting the neighborhoods in the order chosen by the painting committee. They have completed section "O” through “F.” They have now moved onto Casa Mar Drive and are working their way west. At this time they are in section “E” and “C.”
RCI has identified several homes in the community that have rotted fascia boards. In order for these boards to be painted by RCI, the area that is rotted must be replaced. The management office is notifying these owners by mail if their fascia board needs replacement. Once repaired, please contact the management office and RCI will return to the home to paint the fascia as long as they are still working in the community. If the rotted fascia boards are not replaced until after RCI has completed painting all the homes, it will be the homeowner’s responsibility to have these painted.
Barcodes are by appointment only in advance. You can make an appointment at the management office for either 10:00 am or 2:00 pm Monday-Friday.
