Walking Path Repairs:
Repairs to the walking paths on Valencia Shores Drive and Casa Mar Drive will begin in the next few days. Please use caution when approaching these areas.
CapSure – Visitor Access:
It has been brought to the attention of management that the gate voicemail service is not working properly. We are working diligently with CapSure to find a resolution as soon as possible. Thank you for your cooperation and continued patience as we work through this issue.
Athletic Center Update:
The Athletic Club Lockers Rooms, Indoor Spa, Pool Deck, and the pool itself remain closed. We are working to open these areas as soon as possible.
Water Aerobics remains at the Social Club pool until the locker rooms are completed..

Social Club – Roof Replacement Update:
The roofers continue to work diligently on the Social Club roof.
For your safety, please do not enter areas that have been taped off.
By now you should have received the annual meeting mailing which includes the absentee ballot, the ballot envelope, and the proxy envelope. If you have any questions regarding how to complete this please contact the management office at 561-434-9669. If you have not received the mailing, we have extra copies available at the front desk.
We have eight wonderful residents running for the 2015-2016 Board of Directors. The candidate’s biographies are now on the Valencia Shores website. You will need to log on and go the “HOA” tab then click “HOA Board Candidates for 2015/16.” Each candidate is listed separately. Here is the link below.
The candidate’s biographies are also available in a hard copy at the front desk and you will receive a mailing with all the necessary information by the end of the week.
As a reminder, RCI has identified several homes in the community that have rotted fascia boards. In order for these boards to be painted by RCI, the area that is rotted must be replaced. The management office has notified these owners by mail if their fascia board needed replacement. Once repaired, please contact the management office and RCI will return to the home to paint the fascia as long as they are still working in the community.
RCI will be finishing up painting the homes with Valencia Shores within the next two weeks. If the rotted fascia boards are not replaced by the time RCI completes painting all the homes, it will be the homeowner’s responsibility to have these painted.
Athletic Club - Gym Daily Cleaning
In order to keep your facilities clean and sanitary, starting Friday, January 23, the gym will be cleaned daily between 2:30-3:30pm. During this time, vacuuming dusting and cleaning will occur. If you choose to come during this time, please do not ask the staff to stop cleaning.
If you opted to pay $175.00 for twelve quarters on the renovation special assessment, as of February 1, 2015, the fourth installment of $175.00 is due. Please make sure your check gets in on time to avoid penalties. Also, as a reminder, the management office does not take checks for special assessment or maintenance payments.
Barcodes are by appointment only in advance. You can make an appointment at the management office for either 10:00 am or 2:00 pm Monday-Friday.
