The following distribution schedule has been established to ensure a smooth process:

Social Hall Restrooms

The Social Hall restrooms are CLOSED as of Tuesday, August 19th for remodeling.

The bathrooms by the café patio will remain open.

Special Assessment:

This is a reminder that the second payment of $175 for the special assessment was due 08/01/2014. Please make sure you sent in the payment to avoid interest and penalties.

CPR AED Defibrillator Use & Basic First Aid:

Palm Beach Fire Rescue will be holding a CPR, AED defibrillator, and basic first aid class at Valencia Shores in the Social Hall on Tuesday, September, 30th at 1:00 pm. If you wish to sign up there will be signup sheets at the Social Club office, Athletic Club office, and the Tennis Pros office. Sign up will continue until September 19th or until maximum capacity is reached.

Fitness Center “Anything Goes” Class:

Sunday’s “anything goes” fitness class will now be held at 9:00 am.

Lap Pool:

Due to the curing stage of the new pool finish, we are unable to turn on the chillers in the pool or vacuum the pool until September 8th. Also NO SWIM SHOES are allowed in the pool.


PBSO Traffic Enforcement:

PBSO now has the ability to patrol the community and issue tickets to residents who are violating traffic laws. Please be aware of posted traffic signage around the community.

Social Club:

·Card rooms 3 –The card room 3 is closed for card playing and we will advise when it will reopen.

·Card room 1 & 2 remain closed.

·Billiard Room – remains closed until, August 23rd.

New Visitor Gate Access System (Capsure):

We have terminated the old automated number of 561-434-6407.

Please only use the following number to call in your guests: 561-412-1610.

You will need to know your 5-digit pin number that you have previously been using to call the automated system. Your 5-digit pin number has not changed, if you do not know your 5-digit pin number please email Alaina Swichar at alaina.swichar@fsresidential.com. Roof Cleaning:

Due to the significant rains when the roofs were being cleaned, Fiddler Roof Cleaning will be conducting a full inspection of all roofs in the community. Fiddler has informed management that the additional roof cleaning has started in Section “O”.

Painting of homes – RCI:
·RCI is painting the neighborhoods in the order chosen by the painting committee. They have completed section "O,N,M &L. They will begin painting section "K" and “J.”

RCI has identified several homes in the community that have rotted fascia boards. In order for these boards to be painted by RCI, the area that is rotted must be replaced. The management office is notifying these owners by mail if their fascia board needs replacement. Once repaired, please contact the management office and RCI will return to the home to paint the fascia as long as they are still working in the community. If the rotted fascia boards are not replaced until after RCI has completed painting all the homes, it will be the homeowner’s responsibility to have these painted.

Barcodes:
Barcodes are by appointment only in advance. You can make an appointment at the management office for either 10:00 am or 2:00 pm Monday-Friday.
