Lyons Road Entrance Paver Repairs
Please be reminded, repairs will be done today from 1:00pm-3:00pm at the Lyons Road entrance. We highly recommend that you use Hanover Point/441 entrance to minimize the possible traffic. Visitors will still be processed but they will have to go through the resident lane and stop for the guard.
Repairs will also be made to the exit lanes. One lane will be closed at a time.
Labor Day Weekend:
There will be a DJ by the Social Club pool from 12:00-3:00pm on Sunday, August 31st.
Powerwashing Sidewalks & Swales
Fiddler Roofing has started cleaning the sidewalks and swales. This week they started at Lyons Road Entrance. Please use caution in this area.
Rules & Regulations and Community Standards Document Distribution
Rules and Docs will be distributed this week. Please be sure to have either your Driver’s License or your Valencia Shores ID displaying your name and VS address to pick up your complimentary Rules & Docs and Binder.
The distribution will be inside the Social Hall at the following times:
Wednesday, August 27th:10am – 5:30pm
Thursday, August 28th:10am – 6:00pm
Friday, August 29th: 10am – 1:00pm

New Visitor Gate Access System (Capsure):
The new gate access system was having a glitch holding some of the voicemails overnight. Capsure has informed us today that this issue has been fixed.
Please only use the following number to call in your guests: 561-412-1610.
You will need to know your 5-digit pin number that you have previously been using to call the automated system. Your 5-digit pin number has not changed, if you do not know your 5-digit pin number please email Alaina Swichar at firstname.lastname@example.org. Below is a link for instructions on how to call the automated system.

In order to access your visitors list and other details about your account via the web for the Valencia Shores CapSure website, you will need your username and password.

Social Hall Restrooms
The Social Hall restrooms will CLOSE as of Tuesday, August 19th for remodeling.
The bathrooms by the café patio will remain open.
CPR AED Defibrillator Use & Basic First Aid:
Palm Beach Fire Rescue will be holding a CPR, AED defibrillator, and basic first aid class at Valencia Shores in the Social Hall on Tuesday, September, 30th at 1:00 pm. If you wish to sign up there will be signup sheets at the Social Club office, Athletic Club office, and the Tennis Pros office. Sign up will continue until September 19th or until maximum capacity is reached.
PBSO Traffic Enforcement:
PBSO now has the ability to patrol the community and issue tickets to residents who are violating traffic laws. Please be aware of posted traffic signage around the community.
·Card rooms 3 –The card room 3 is closed for card playing and we will advise when it will reopen.
·Card room 1 & 2 – remain closed.
·Billiard Room – remains closed until further notice.
Painting of homes – RCI:
·RCI is painting the neighborhoods in the order chosen by the painting committee. They have completed section "O,N,M & L. They will begin painting section "K" and “J.”
RCI has identified several homes in the community that have rotted fascia boards. In order for these boards to be painted by RCI, the area that is rotted must be replaced. The management office is notifying these owners by mail if their fascia board needs replacement. Once repaired, please contact the management office and RCI will return to the home to paint the fascia as long as they are still working in the community. If the rotted fascia boards are not replaced until after RCI has completed painting all the homes, it will be the homeowner’s responsibility to have these painted.
Barcodes are by appointment only in advance. You can make an appointment at the management office for either 10:00 am or 2:00 pm Monday-Friday.
