LRPC Focus Groups:
The next long range planning committee focus group will be Wednesday, October 22nd at 7:00om in the Athletic Center Classroom. If you would like to participate please contact Alaina from the management office or Mike Stein.

Free Document Shredding:
As a reminder, The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, in partnership with CVS Pharmacy and CINTA Document Management, will be hosting a FREE document shredding event. This event is open to the public for shredding of up to THREE office storage boxes of personal documents. Please join us on Saturday, October 18th from 9:00am-1:00pm at one of the 4 county wide locations participating with this event:

1) 2077 N. Military Trail, Okeechobee Blvd – NW Corner
2) 245 S. Military Trail, Gun Club Center
3) 12750 S. Military Trial, Flavor Pict Rd. Boynton Beach
4) 9940 Yamato Road SW Corner of SR7, HSBC Plaza

CPR Certificates:
If you attended the CPR/AED Defibrillator and Basic First Aid session the certificates of participation are ready for pick up at the Athletic Center!

Special Assessment:
If you opted to pay $175.00 for twelve quarters on the renovation special assessment, as of November 1, 2014, the third installment of $175.00 is due. Please make sure your check gets in on time to avoid penalties. Also, as a reminder, the management office does not take checks for special assessment or maintenance payments.

Men’s Club/NCJW and Cinema Club Events:
The events on Sunday, October 19 will go on as scheduled in the Social Hall. The Men’s Club and NCJW brunch will be at 9:00am and the Cinema Club event will be at 6:30pm.

Social Club Building:
The Social Club remains closed until further notice. For your safety please do not attempt to enter closed areas!! Closed areas include: the north hallway, classroom, billiards room, arts and crafts room, ALL card rooms, inside bathrooms, lobby, and social hall. The café and outside restrooms will remain open.

Bridge Club Event:
Please be aware that the bridge club event scheduled for Saturday, October 18th has been cancelled.

Card playing:
Card playing is allowed in the café in the evening, except on Wednesday night when it is reserved for Bridge. As a reminder, there is no card playing in the social hall, any card rooms, or the arts and crafts room until further notice.

Quarterly Maintenance:
Please be aware that the third quarterly maintenance payment of $1,511.00 was due on October 1st. If you have not paid please do so as soon as possible.


As provided in the Covenants, no Owner shall commence any improvement, addition or alterations to his/her Lot or the exterior of his/her Home without the written approval of the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) as defined in SECTION 2 herein.

Painting of Homes - Reminder to all Residents:
Please be reminded that RCI is in the community painting the homes.

RCI has specific instructions as to what areas are to be painted as a part of our contract.

If you have a problem or a complaint about the work that is being done, you may contact Gail Newman, Painting Committee Chair, or submit your request in writing to the management office. Please do not attempt to engage the vendor about your personal issue.

Your cooperation with this process is anticipated as RCI continues with the painting in the community.

RCI is painting the neighborhoods in the order chosen by the painting committee. They have completed section "O” through “I.” They are finishing painting section “H” and next week will start in section “G.”

RCI has identified several homes in the community that have rotted fascia boards. In order for these boards to be painted by RCI, the area that is rotted must be replaced. The management office is notifying these owners by mail if their fascia board needs replacement. Once repaired, please contact the management office and RCI will return to the home to paint the fascia as long as they are still working in the community. If the rotted fascia boards are not replaced until after RCI has completed painting all the homes, it will be the homeowner’s responsibility to have these painted.

Barcodes are by appointment only in advance. You can make an appointment at the management office for either 10:00 am or 2:00 pm Monday-Friday.
