Paver Repairs:
Paver repair work will begin on Tuesday, July 22 in multiple sections throughout the community. Work areas will be marked, please use caution!

Card playing:
Next week there will be card tables set up in the arts and crafts room on Tuesday, July 22nd, Thursday, July 24th, and Friday, July 25th.

New Visitor Gate Access System:
Please be aware that the new visitor access system has been in effective as of Wednesday, July 16th. Please let your guests know that there may be delays at the guard gates as we are working with both systems during this transition. Once we make sure the system is working correctly, the old system will be removed and we will issue your username and password.

The Jazz and Cabernet Show:
The show will go on as scheduled tomorrow Saturday, July 19th at 7:30 pm in the Social Hall. Please continue to exercise caution as the Social Club is still under renovation.

COP School Supply Drive:
COP is asking for assistance to help support underprivileged students by bringing school supplies to the Clubhouse by August 4th; there is a pink bin inside the Social Club Lobby near the front desk. Please visit the following link for more information:

Athletic Club:

·Men’s Steam Room – will remain closed next week while a new unit is being installed. We will notify you via E-flash when it is reopened.

·The Athletic Club and the Tennis Courts will reopen on Monday, July 21th. Please exercise caution as there will still be some interior and exterior painting Thank you for your cooperation.

·Lap Pool – The Lap Pool is closed as of July 14th for resurfacing. We anticipate this will take approximately 2 more weeks for work to be completed – weather permitting. During this time Water Aerobics and Lap Pool Swimming will take place in the Social Club Pool. Please be courteous to those residents who normally used the Lap Pool but are temporarily using the Social Club Pool for the above purposes.

Social Club

·Card rooms 3 and 4 – Most of the work will be completed next week in card rooms 3 and 4. The card rooms are CLOSED for card playing and we will advise when they will reopen. We apologize for any inconvenience.

·Social Hall – The Social Hall will remain closed next week. The Social Club Restrooms remain closed as well. For your safety, please comply with all posted signage.

·Card room 1 – remains closed.

Roof Cleaning:

Due to the significant rains when the roofs were being cleaned, Fiddler Roof Cleaning will be conducting a full inspection of all roofs in the community. If you have put in a complaint about this – please watch for future eflashes as we will advise when additional roof cleaning will take place.

Painting of homes – RCI:
·RCI is painting the neighborhoods in the order they were built. They have completed section "O", "N", and “M" and are now working in section “L.” Once they finish section "L” they will begin painting section "K" and “J.”

RCI has identified several homes in the community that have rotted fascia boards. In order for these boards to be painted by RCI, the area that is rotted must be replaced. The management office is notifying these owners by mail if their fascia board needs replacement. Once repaired, please contact the management office and RCI will return to the home to paint the fascia as long as they are still working in the community. If the rotted fascia boards are not replaced until after RCI has completed painting all the homes, it will be the homeowner’s responsibility to have these painted.

Barcodes are by appointment only in advance. You can make an appointment at the management office for either 10:00 am or 2:00 pm Monday-Friday.
